Hi, I'm Ian Wynne, former Olympian and performance coach. I spent years as an athlete, learning through hard experience that traditional ""gym training"" often misses the mark. It was only when I understood the body as a complex, integrated system that my performance truly exploded. This led to multiple Olympic finals, European medals, World Cup medals, and ultimately, Team GB's first-ever Olympic medal in the K1 500m.
For the past 20 years, I've been refining this approach, coaching world-class athletes and now, bringing this knowledge to you. I believe we're all athletes in the sport of life, and we deserve training that builds resilience and capability for whatever challenges come our way.
